Accommodations
Crowne Plaza - All of the talks will be held at the Crowne Plaza, and we have reserved a block of rooms at the Crowne with a special rate of $130/night for ILAS attendees. Make your reservations early, as the room block may fill up. The Crowne Plaza offers a free, 24 hour shuttle service to and from Green Airport.

Travel Information
TF Greene International Airport (Airport Code PVD) - Green is located two miles away from the Crowne Plaza, and less than a mile from the Holiday Inn Express (both hotels offer a free 24 hour shuttle to and from TF Green). Details on ground transportation from Green may be found here.
Logan International Airport (Boston) (Airport Code BOS) - Logan Airport is 62 miles from the Crowne Plaza, and is easily reachable by car via I-95 South, or by train into Providence (see below).
Trains (MBTA Commuter Rail, Amtrak, etc.) - The Providence Train Station is located downtown, 12 miles from the Crowne Plaza. The hotel may be reached by taxi.
Conference Banquet
The conference banquet will be held on Thursday night, June 6th. Tickets for the banquet are not included in the conference registration, and may be purchased in advance online through the registration system for $50 each. The banquet will be held at the Crowne Plaza in their Garden Pavilion. Further details on the banquet will follow later.

Conference Excursion: Newport Mansions
A major tourist attraction in Rhode Island is the Newport Mansions. Details may be found on their website by clicking here. The excursion will be Wednesday afternoon, and the $25 fee includes bus transportation to and from Newport and admission into the mansions visited. More details will be posted as they become available.
Tickets for the excursion are now sold out. Due to the increased demand, we have added an additional bus for the excursion. If you would like to go, please purchase your tickets as soon as possible!
